My little Norah is becoming quite the little model these days. Today I photographed these darling cowls for an Etsy shop and my daughter was the perfect model - until 10 minutes in she decided she HAD to go potty :) Regardless, we still managed to get some darling shots, isn't she a beauty?

Easter
I can't remember the last time I failed so hard at something. I'm a prepare-er. It's what I do. Christmas? Bought and wrapped by Thanksgiving. It's how I roll. So naturally for Easter I've been buying up little bits here and there. I don't know how the rest of you feel about Easter candy - but I'm pretty sure it's the best thing that's happened to my tastebuds and the worst thing that's happened to my blood sugar. Easter puts my pancreas into overdrive. So I had to continually re-purchase our Easter candy because this mamma lacks self control. So Saturday night as we're putting out the Easter goodies I'm thinking I really dropped the ball this year as I look at my kid's practically empty baskets. But I knew it was all good because, they don't know. They don't care. Easter morning comes and goes and my little are all smiles with their loot. I, on the other hand, can't shake the feeling that something just isn't right. Since then, I have discovered four different stashes of Easter gifts that were supposed to make it into Norah and Clayton's baskets.
Mom brain for the win!
We had a fantastic neighborhood Easter Egg Hunt that Norah LOVED. I can't express how much we love our new house/neighborhood situation.
